Dev.Pro QA Automation Engineer interview questions

I participated in a selection process for a QA position in July 2025. Although I was told the process would be fast, I had no feedback for over three weeks after completing a technical challenge and interview. The challenge included tools (like Selenium) that were not mentioned in the original job description, which created a mismatch between what was requested and what I was evaluated on. After following up multiple times, I eventually received a generic rejection message without any acknowledgment of the delay or the effort put in. This was disappointing and emotionally draining. I would not recommend applying if you’re expecting clear communication and respectful candidate experience.
