Deutsche Windtechnik interview questions

It started with the recruiter sending a personality assessment then an initial call, then a teams interview with the HR director and then a panel interview. They were pretty straightforward questions . It was before Christmas but it still took them a month to hear back from them after sending follow ups with no responses which was frustrating.
