The recruitment process started with an online assessment (look up "Deutsche Bank SHL test"), followed by a video interview two months later. The interview process was split into three rounds: a case study and behavioral interview (back-to-back), and a technical interview (but also some behavioral questions) a week later.
The case study was not as region-specific as I expected. The interviewers’ professionalism was questionable, with one being late, another interviewing in a distractingly noisy environment with their camera off, and another texting during the interview. After three rounds, there has been no further communication. I am utterly disappointed.
