I applied through the company portal and no response from the team after 15 days of applying. I tried the phone number provided in the job description, no one pick up the phone. I think if HR are not a part of recruitment, company will get actual talent. I contatced HR responsible for recuritment the same situation, no reply. So, I withdraw my application.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Deutsche Bank (Pune) in Jun 2022
Interview
Interview include 2 technical, 1 managerial and 1 Hr round.
2 Technical round were good and the difficulty level was above average. Questions were related to Core Java, Java8 , Multi threading , Spring Boot , JPA , Microservices.
In managerial round the interviewer explained the role and some situational questions. Later on he asked bout my residence location in city and questioned about commuting to office location . further he asked me about personal stuff like if i am married and have kids. I mentioned to him i have 2 kids after which suddenly his interest in discussion reduced and he ended the interview in 5 mins. I feel he rejected me purely on motherhood. :(

Interview
Interview process till round 2 was good. After that HR not at all responds to the calls or emails. They were not in position to send a feeback to the interviewer.
