I applied through university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Deutsche Bank (Jacksonville, FL) in Mar 2015
Interview
Mostly behavioral questions. Interview with 2 individuals who ask you basic questions about yourself. Informed me about the process and what the program was. Nothing asked about finance or related to finance. Asked a little about Deutsche Bank and if I have ever heard of it. What sparked my interest to apply for the position.

Interview
The interview was relaxed, 30 min, and with two people. They asked about my academic career, goals, and interest. They did not ask any difficult questions. The questions were all about me and what I had done. They told me they would get back to me in a week which turned into three weeks. I was declined on the fact that my ambitions did not align with theirs.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Deutsche Bank

Question 1
"What was a difficult situation that occurred at your current job?"
I applied through university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Deutsche Bank (Jacksonville, FL) in Nov 2015
Interview
Had an interview for the train to hire program it overall was very straightforward. The questions were all behavioral so it was hard to prepare for in that sense. A lot of when this happened tell us a story on how you dealt with it and they want to see how you explain your traits.
