Standard culture/behavioral assessment with multiple choice decision based question in a bank setting with no time limit. Questions were linked by story lines with each choice affecting the following questions.

Question 1
One of the question series was about a man who was trying to take out a significant amount of money from an account under his daughter's name. While he said he had permission from his daughter, you are only substituting for your senior colleague who manages the account.
30 minute phone call after online tests, mostly competency based questions about teamwork, problem solving, and at the end, interest rates. Asked for another example for problem solving. Rejected several weeks later by email.
