Telephone interview with hiring manager (SVP) and peers, Range of competency based and scenario-based questions. Interviewers were polite and asked a good range of challenging questions from both business and technical perspectives.
Following the successful interview, I was advised by the agent that the hiring manager wanted to make an offer, and an on-site HR screening was arranged.
HR were extremely disrespectful, demanding information about previous contracts which I was unable to share due to a confidentiality agreement, and declining the offer of direct contact with referees in the organisation concerned to request the information directly.
