      Communications and Campaigns Officer Interview

      Apr 2, 2024
      Anonymous interview candidate
      London, England
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Detention Action (London, England) in Mar 2024

      Interview

Before the interview I was sent a 15 pages document to review, with the instructions of drafting a series of tweet about the content of the document, and be prepared to explain my reasoning. The decision was communicated via an automated email sent on a Friday at 5.05pm. I was never given any feedback, or any reason regarding the negative decision, despite promises that I would get called to offer said feedback.
