Interview
The interview process was extremely simple. It took about a week, but don't be fooled. There are lots of red flags to watch for. First, the interview starts with a phone call it's mostly just chatting about hobbies, where I am from, etc. No actual interview questions you would expect to have in an interview except "where do you see yourself in x years." Once that is over you get a call back fairly quickly saying how much they like you and if you would like to talk to the boss. The second interview is where it really gets bad. The boss is actually pitching the job to me! They will make promises saying "first you have to work in sales then you will become a manager in 3 months if we think you are ready," I asked what they pay their sales for base salary then they say "oh well in 3 months you can make x amount if you have the right attitude." At the very end, I got asked 3 extremely simple questions, and the interview is done. After that interview, I received a call in about 1-2 days with a job offer.

Interview
Possibly a MLM scheme, at the very least a substandard deal. There was no set title for the position, marketing assistant or brand ambassador and so on. The interviewers were very kind, but it became clear during the interviewing process via skype that they expected anywhere from 6 weeks to 18 months of unpaid or underpaid retail work for other companies, like Costco, Target and Sam's Club. And there were vague promises of bonuses and other things if you were able to move enough product. This was considered "training" for positions in management, logistics and more. Everything about my two interviews were ambiguous and they said things like "It all depends on you, and YOUR work ethic." That's all fine and good, but you could see how this relationship could easily be taken advantage of. My guess is that they target college grads or people with moderate to low experience in professional settings and promise them 100k/year within a very short period of time so long as they show their dedication. I would advise anyone considering a position to do a bit of research on their background and the director of the company first, and to practice vigilance against grandiose claims.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Very little was asked about how my experience would benefit the company, or what skills I bring to the table. This was a red flag in my eyes. Other than that the questions were pretty straight forward and to be expected.
We are sorry to see you did not enjoy the interview process. We pride ourselves on being extremely transparent during our interview to avoid any misunderstanding; we are not sure what has to lead you to believe the information given to you was “untrue”. We are not an MLM firm, they required people to buy into their business which we would never ask any of our employees. We pay you not the other way around. We operate in full transparency and are very upfront with our candidates about what it is they will be signing up for when becoming a part of our organization.
All of our positions have a base salary or hourly pay in addition to bonuses and incentives. Benefits are not offered until an employee has reached management. This information is all disclosed in a three-step interview process where you sit down with different members of our management team and are encouraged to ask questions.
From a leadership standpoint, it is our job to provide all of the hands-on training to sharpen your professional skills to become a business owner one day.
This position is not for everyone, and we would never try to convince someone otherwise or take advantage of young professionals. Our business model is rigorous and as much as success may not be guaranteed we provide the opportunity to make your paycheck as large as possible with no max. We are sorry that this opportunity did not align with your career goals. We wish you the best of luck in the future.

Interview
Streamlined interview process, wanted me to interview next day with one other candidate, then the second interview was a presentation on what the job would entail, did not ask much about my passions or behavioral questions.
Thank you for leaving us your feedback and we are so glad to hear you had a positive experience. We appreciate your time and the information you shared about your interview process with us. We will surely take into account your feedback and will thrive to improve.
