Destinations by Design interview questions

One interview with VP's and with Owners. I was called in when a friend recommended me for the position of Executive Creative Director. At first, it was coffee with VP and then a formal with owners. I was treated very respectful and really hot it off with owners. I was then made an offer which I nogotiated until statisfied and excepted.

Two rounds of interview: HR initiates contact, Interview #1 with corresponding Manager, Interview #2 with Director & VP of department. Must be persistent with follow ups, company is very disorganized. Entire process took 3.5 weeks from Contact to Hire.
