Destinationone Consulting interview questions

I applied online and was called the next day. I was interviewed over the phone at first. They asked me interesting questions. I enjoyed the conversation and was interested in the job description. I was invited in to the Vancouver office. I met with the recruiter for the position. The recruiter met with me for 30 minutes or so. We went through my work history and what I achieved in my previous positions. She asked me about my future goals and aspirations and what was important to me. We decided to move forward and present my resume to her client.

I met with the Owner and team lead of a Division or Destinationone. I was head hunted from another recruitment company. They called me and I was impressed with how they spoke on the phone and how much they knew about me.
