The process was a series of 2 interviews, with PMs and principals after an educational webinar about the firm. These interviews were generally 30 - 45 minutes in length and consisted of a portfolio overview and an overall discussion of career goals.
The interview process was very professional, friendly, and engaging! It is evident they have a genuine interest in how you approach the field and are not afraid to answer the tough questions.
