They send a technical exercise to do then they choose engineers to do an interview after that then the choose for overall performance i.e both the interview and the technical exercise

Interview
The Hiring process included two interviews and one technical exercise. First interview was like a conversation, although they did have a series of questions to guide the interview. The interview had some personality related questions.
The second stage was a technical exercise followed by a technical interview. Overall was a well structured process.
