Interview
In person interview. They had some interesting questions and gave a tour of the office. Nothing too much out of the ordinary. I liked they didn’t give a “project” and went off your portfolio.

Interview
Got a phone call to set up interview. They looked at my portfolio. Lots of people involved, even VP's and the COO. General questions on what you can expect and even some fun and outlandish questions to gauge your "peer fit." They don't utilize recruiters. When you apply, make sure to know what you are supposed to do or they won't look at you. Their website tells you. Some of my co-workers were even able to do a Skype interview since they lived in other states and one person, in another country.
