Great interview with all on the hiring team. Discussed experience with different social platforms as well as what I wanted to learn from the role. They also asked why I wanted to work at Deseret News and if I was a reader of them.

In-person interview. Lots of questions. Very open-ended. Kind interviewer. Considerate of opinions and thoughts. The best way to prepare would be to look at their site and form an opinion of what you would like to improve on.
