My experience was:
I interview on the phone with the Recruiter
I then interviewed w/ the department Lead
Then I Interviewed with a few other team members (some were same department and some were from associated dept)
Finally I Interview with the CEO
Then I was hired

Question 1
They asked about my experience with Project Management and understanding software project implementations. They asked about challenges I've faced as a PM and how I overcame them. They also asked about me as a person and my goals etc... They also asked me if I knew anything about Deposco.

Interview
I had 4 Interviews with 5 different people. Instantly had great rapport with all of them and got excellent feedback after each interview. The whole process took over 2 months. Just like other people wrote it takes them WEEKS to get back to you. I had to follow-up multiple times to get any response at all. At the end, I had another offer pending and no word from Deposco in 2 weeks. After I took the other offer they finally reached out back to me saying that they will not be moving forward at this time.
