Interview
Really nice people. Asked basic questions. Wanted to get to know me which was nice! Definitely hope I get the job. Seemed like a good company to work for and I’d apply again.

Interview
Applied online and was contacted same week by the office front staff via phone. We scheduled the interview and the person ("M" at Las Vegas office) said she'd send the details via email. No communications were sent and I could not show up to the interview as no info was ever sent. During the scheduling call - I confirmed the salary range and they were firm at what was posted on the JD. Definitely dodged a bullet -- very red flag behavior and the staff at Deploy HR need to understand that candidate experience is important and it represents your office, brand, and revenue. How can a recruiter ghost a recruiter. BFFR. EVERYONE BEWARE.

Question 1
What's the soonest availability you could come in for an interview?

Interview
One of the worst recruitment processes I've been a part of. Started with the VP with him repeatedly stating that I was a top two choice in the screening call. Get promised that I would speak to the CFO the following Tuesday. That passes and I email him. He says that they are having a tough computer transition that has taken up much of his time but he would be in touch shortly. I email him two weeks later after trying to give him space and they have already filled the position. Empty promises, terrible communication.
