Very slow interview selection process. It took about three weeks for them to reach out and schedule an interview, and a couple more weeks to get a response with me emailing after the interview for an update. Interestingly, the interviewer said this was their third time with the req open as the previous two candidates declined at the offer stage for the salary being too low for them. He then went on to say how candidates aren’t allowed to negotiate, and said I would be coming in at the low end of the range. Additionally was told I’d be moving on to the tech interview at the end of it, and how to best prepare. Super surprised to receive a rejection email later on. Consider avoiding this place. There’s better places out there that treat candidates with a lot more respect than this one.
