Interview
Technical skills are important but Communication skills are more important, as most of the roles are client facing. For an Analyst, Excel, SQL and Power BI are expected. Understanding the Business context is preferable.
Nice and easy process. Good coverage of questions without being too intense. Easy to get to location. Process was 2 steps and offer sent quickly. Would recommend to anyone. Worth doing homework on fundamentals.
HR stage: The recruiter was warm and engaging, and she asked a lot of questions about my past job. It took a bit longer than I thought but actually it was 30 minutes.
