Multiple screening process. Need to attend one technical, one written and one management round. Final will be to discuss pay with HR team.
So they scrutinize the employees based on their requirement.
SQL, Excel and Power Bi was the requirement; which definitely matched my current skills. Other items very not that much required. Be very much hands-on on the bookish stuff for Power BI and Tableau as well

HR and the hiring team were very warm and accommodating. They were very considerate of the fact that I was a fresh grad. The offer they gave was also fairly generous.

Interview
We went through all four rounds of the interview process, and they went with an internal candidate twice. The recruiter wasn't good at communication, and that affected the experience greatly. Also, the last interview felt like a decision had already been made, as the interviewer wasn't prepared for it.
