Initial Recruiter Call: The conversation was straightforward I was informed about the next steps. First Round of Interviews: I was scheduled for two interviews. Both interviews went well, and I received positive feedback from the interviewers. Position Freeze: After the interviews, I was informed that the position was put on hold due to an internal hiring freeze. This was disappointing, especially after receiving positive responses. Recontact and Additional Interview: A few weeks later, the recruiter reached out to me again, indicating that the position was open once more. I was scheduled for another interview. This interview also went smoothly. After the final interview, I did not receive any further communication. The complete lack of communication was highly unprofessional.
