Interview
It was a 2 step process. First interview with BD professionals and then a second interview with a couple of the lawyers. It was more about the fit for the whole team opposed to skill based exercise.
Phone prescreen. Interview with the director after. Generic interview questions. Assessing more for a culture fit. Unable to do anything outside of working there. Generic questions. Felt more like a conversation.

Where are you located? It is a hybrid role requiring in person. They are looking for someone to hit the ground running. Will be doing business development on a global scale.

Interviewed at Dentons, resume screening, phone interview and in-person interview. No technical questions, all are behavioral. The office looks nice , interviewers are friendly but no feedback for my performace
