It was actually great . At first there was a an aptitude test conducted. The test had questions from sql, qa, java. It was an on site presentation interview for the project i have done. Followed by questions from the panel of three.

Testing your knowledge, presence, analytical skills. Also, technical knowledge required , communication, discipline are more important and vital in this organization. I applied through careers option, workflow was communicated properly.
