Interview
I applied for the Cell Processing Associate position during the month of May and received an email shortly afterwards to schedule a phone interview. The phone interview came and went. It was very simple and straight-forward. The interviewer asked about previous experience and what would make me a good candidate for this position. About two weeks later I received an e-mail for a face to face interview. I wasnt told that it would be a panel interview though. I lived about 6 hours away from the interview site so they actually paid for a flight and reimbursed me for the car rental and any other fees incurred getting to the interview. The panel interview was very well organized and professional. They asked why I would be a good candidate and to explain how my previous experiences apply towards this position.
