They got back to me fairly quickly, after I submitted my application materials. Interview only took about 20 minutes. I met with three different people who worked in the organization. It wasn't a hard interview, but I think short interviews aren't a good sign. They were clearly very busy.

The first step was a phone screening which was more of a preliminary interview. Then there were 3 interviews with higher level staff each time but similar or the same questions. There was also a writing test between the first and second interviews.
