I have interviewed twice, once early in 2024 and earlier this year. The first time I interviewed, I made it through 4 meetings with various team members. I had great conversations with the Demand Chain team, and felt it was a great match. The hiring manager seemed to echo that feeling to me, though I felt my persistence was the only reason I continued to speak with the team. I never received follow up emails unless I sent one first. I would have benefitted from honesty because after investing so much time, I ultimately never heard back in any regard and had to choose another offer. The 2nd time I interviewed I reached out to the same hiring manager who pretty quickly placed me in touch with a member of the team. Once again, a nice conversation and seemed like a good fit, but after circling back with the hiring manager, no word. I felt strung along after yet another interview-type discussion that didn't go anywhere. I don't mind if I am not a good fit, but it certainly would save time to know that sooner/at all. Demand Chain's interview process could use more transparency, urgency, and directness about hiring, and where they stand on wanting to discuss more with you.
