I applied through university. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Delta ModTech (Minneapolis, MN) in Mar 2013
Interview
The interview is very informal. In fact I suggest informal attire. The CFO will more than likely take you for a factor tour and if you happen to be wearing a tie you pose a safety hazard. I suggest wearing khakis and a polo, or at best a nice shirt. The process is quick because it is a small company. It is difficult to get an interview with the company because they seldom make postings but rather go with people they know.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They don't ask a lot of complicated questions. They care more about character and work ethic than what you specifically know. Show that you don't have to be micromanaged or in their words, "We don't like to babysit."
