Interview
The process began with a 15 to 20 minute phone screening, and the next day I was invited to an in-person interview. I completed a 30-minute meeting with the Department Manager to discuss operational expectations.

Question 1
Tell me about a time a direct report strongly disagreed with you on a work process or operational change. How did you handle their resistance, and what was the outcome for both the workflow and your relationship?
The first interview with the hiring manager was very welcoming and easy. The second interview was tougher, but I felt the team didn't work well together. I didn't get the same warm vibe as the first. Some red flags were brought up in the way they discussed workload.
