Simple, straightforward - two rounds no tough questions. Didn’t end up with an offer, everyone I talked to seemed to like their job. All remote, nothing on site. Would recommend if interested in the industry.

Question 1
How did you hear about Delos, what is your understanding of what we do?
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Delos Living in Mar 2022
Interview
I was approached by a recruiter and the process took about 3 weeks. I did about 4 rounds of interviews. After making to the final round I was told that an offer letter is being written. I waited 3 days and then get a call that the manager can’t make a decision. It was a waste of time to go through all that and even being told I’m getting the job. They don’t value people nor their time.
Interviewed with the manager of the team plus many team members, verbal. Interview was over interests and skills, with a focus on team fit. Open to questions, was clear about challenges and goals. Technology stack was mostly relevant to determine how well you'd work out.
