Was contacted my Sales Manager and he conducted a brief phone interview to judge my interest level in the job. Later I was flown in to sit down and meet with the VP of Sales face to face. It was a 2-day process, very nerve racking and not effective. I hated the interview so much I almost didn't take the job.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Delivra in Apr 2022
Interview
Technical project that takes you a day or two, interesting questions that cover a bunch of C#/.net. node. js..
Then had the live interview with the small team, that was okay and mostly positive. And then they just disappeared.
Extremely weird, and their HR doesn't answer your follow up emails. First email I sent her was read (I have mailtrack), but never answered. Second email wasn't even read.

Thread Parallelism, caching, unit testing, etc.. The whole nine yards.
I applied online. I interviewed at Delivra (Indianapolis, IN)
Interview
I have applied online, HR set up a phone interview immediately the next day. The interviewer started interview very harshly asked me functional testing experience.
I agree that I didn't answer well. However, it is interview etiquette that she is not supposed to talk rudely in the interview and also she cut the call.
