The interview consists of 3-4 steps.
First step is the discussion with the recruiter to see if the mutual values match or not.
Then you have to do an online test and if both are good you will in principle have the technical test.
If the latter is also successful you will discuss the last step with the VP and if it is also good you will have your offer. To be honest it took a lot longer than I expected but the company checks all the details and is completely transparent with you. They try to do everything so that the interviews are fair for all candidates.
