It was straightforward and focused on practical skills, such as language, communication, basic knowledge of supermarket systems, etc. There is not a high expectation for summer jobs or internships in the summer, which usually take place in the stores themselves

Interview
The selection process was a pleasant and quick. There were two ladies from HR and they were informative and very helpful. It took 2 rounds and the decision was made shortly.
