I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Delex Systems (Tysons Corner, VA) in Sep 2013
Interview
Great, met in person, and had a good face to face. Culture should have been more evident however, given the department manager was dressed like a homeless person. Office was not clean either
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Asked about development experience, and aptitude to use notepad instead of dream-weaver for web design/development. I answered truthfully, and was seen as a compatible employee based on my aptitude to learn, and my degree field
I applied through university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Delex Systems (Erie, PA) in Dec 2013
Interview
They accepted resumes through the university, scheduled through the career development office. Instead of interviewing candidates they were interested in, they chose to interview everyone who applied for the "experience." There was a presentation, then interviews were scheduled over the following two days with an analyst and an HR person in the room.
Interview questions [3]
Question 1
Tell us about a time you worked with a culturally diverse team.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Delex Systems (Lexington Park, MD) in Jan 2010
Interview
It was all done remotely. Very little questioning of my actual knowledge, not that it was necessary, but was still a little surprising. I was hired completely based on the phone interview and recommendation from another employee, so it's hard to really rate it.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
None really that I can recall. All basic questions about my experience.
