I interviewed through a recruiting agency and had two interviews scheduled. They gave me a verbal offer and then ended up withdrawing it one week later and never shared a physical offer letter.
They kept making up excuses for why they didnt share the offer and eventually just rescinded and weren't apologetic. I highly recommend steering clear of this company

Interview
I was very excited for this position after they sent me an invite for our 1st interview. However, the KEY people, meaning both owners, including their HR didn't even show up. I only got an email from their HR last minute apologizing about the last-minute cancellation. In the rescheduled interview, only one of the owners showed up 6 min late, and clearly, you know he was in a car because their HR tried her best to ask him to join the session last minute. They insisted to have me meet with the owner who missed all previous interviews. Unfortunately, he joined with no intention to know more about my profile during the interview (which, sadly lasted only 5 min). Seriously, please do not waste people's time like this and I suggest anyone who is serious about their career to avoid this company.
