They spam the heck out of craigslist which I found out just now. I thought by chance I had found them when I was first hired. I responded that day and was told there would be an open interview held that weekend. I attended and everyone was interviewed that day. It took about 2 hours to listen to the owner speak about the company and then 30 min for the interview itself. Got the call the next day that I received the job.
