1. Screening with recruiter. 2. Technical discussion with team member. 3. Virtual "on-site" series of interviews with team members and leadership. While I didn't advance in the process, I had a positive experience working with recruiters and chatting with team members.

First stage screening with the recruiter. Then HackerRank ML challenge. After this there was about 1 hour interview on ASR and ML concepts with a researcher. I think I did well as questions were super easy and I have worked extensively absolutely with everything we touched during the interview. I was told I would be given take-home assignment related to things we covered during the discussion. I have never received the assignment and have been ghosted by the recruiters for 1 week. Had to follow up 2 times to get a generic refusal email.
