I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Deepgram (Sunnyvale, CA) in Oct 2024
Interview
I had an initial call with the recruiter, next round was with a member of their research team to test ML knowledge, there was no coding at this round, definitely no leetcode type code. There supposed to be at least one more technical round after that.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Mainly tested proficiency in problem solving, the questions were really innovative and focused on fundamental problem solving ability on machine learning problems.

Interview
1. Screening with recruiter.
2. Technical discussion with team member.
3. Virtual "on-site" series of interviews with team members and leadership.
While I didn't advance in the process, I had a positive experience working with recruiters and chatting with team members.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Deepgram in Nov 2022
Interview
First stage screening with the recruiter. Then HackerRank ML challenge. After this there was about 1 hour interview on ASR and ML concepts with a researcher. I think I did well as questions were super easy and I have worked extensively absolutely with everything we touched during the interview. I was told I would be given take-home assignment related to things we covered during the discussion. I have never received the assignment and have been ghosted by the recruiters for 1 week. Had to follow up 2 times to get a generic refusal email.
