Decided Excellence Catholic Media interview questions

I spoke with Rich who was polite and the interview was ok however the job application never stated this was a 1099 position which is EXTREMELY misleading. I double-checked the application a few times and it was listed as Full Time and with a salary of $60k-100k The next part is a bit on me - I did apply knowing the catholic church has a history of prejudice against members of the LGBTQ+ community so I wanted to disclose early that I am an openly gay man since I needed to make sure I wouldn't get fired down the line if they saw me and my partner on social media. They couldn't give me a straight answer (no pun intended) and the only response they gave was that they "follow the teachings of Christ" and I could the next man I spoke with for the 2nd interview for a more definitive answer.

The meeting with Tom was professional and pleasurable. We had a great conversation on many levels and his approach was refreshing. I'm looking forward to my second interview and excited about this position.
