Dearborn Electronics Process/Product Development interview questions

Submitted application 01/15/2016 01/21/2016 4PM: Interview with Svetlana Lukich an intelligent and open engineering manager. Group Interview: Met with three managers. Contacted 02/03/2016 to be presented with a job offer 02/05/2016 11AM. Offer was presented by Susan Scipioni who presented herself as the CFO and HR. Susan communicated she would be extending an offer but would not disclose the specifics till a third onsite face to face. I was offered $45,000 annual salary with 7 holiday. After 1 year personal vacation and personal holidays would be available. Additionally, a 25% contribution of up to 1% of the 45,000 would be available after a year. A Message to management: Review salaries on United States Department of Labor, American Society of Mechanical Engineers, Glass door and Payscale.
