Interview
A rigged interview panel; questions asked were biased and were not based on knowledge of job performanceed. The interviewers had very little knowledge of the job. This process should have involved current employees working outside of the department with the same title.

Question 1
One interviewer asked how I felt about politics in the workplace and how would I deal with it. The other asked how I would handle a situation that occurred after office hours.
