Interview
Started out with filling out a job application. Then I underwent a panel interview with two supervisors and HR. I was taken on a tour of the shop. I was asked to complete a written test for basic math skills, theoretical setups, and to list as many G and M codes I knew and there meaning. I was asked to come back the next day to test my proficiency operating the lathe and mill by producing sample parts.

Interview
In person with HR lady then my future boss. Easy going and nice. The HR lady desk was shoulder high with papers, like a movie. It turns out the place is a hoarders dream. Very, very strange place.

Interview
Was told to be ready for call at certain time. Said time came and went, so had to return to work after waiting a half hour. Got phone message later from hiring mgr in which he expresses his dissatisfaction that I was unavailable for his call. Very rude tone of voice in his message. Contacted his secretary to set-up another time, and she more-or-less implied to me that his personality was like that, so I decided not to pursue.
