\ To summarize, my interview process laster about 3 months. I consistently followed up with the recruiter because I was led to believe the company had a sense of urgency to fill the role. After 4 interviews, I was a decision would be made within the ext week. It has now been over 3 weeks since the last interview. All communication has dropped off. The recruiter hasn't replied to 2 follow emails since the last interview. Given that I was an employee referral, I am surprised to not at least hear I did not get the job after moving this far as a candidate. In summary, a disappointing candidate experience. Take your talents elsewhere.
