Very unprofessional, didn’t ask questions about me just about my current job and were very curious about why I wanted to leave but didn’t ask about how I would be a good fit or any other questions. I talked to a recruiter for 5 minutes which could’ve just been an email, it was a waste of time to schedule the first interview. I then talked to the manager I would be with, she did not ask me questions, just asked about my current job. Neither one asked if I had questions, essentially just rushed me off the phone. Neither one explained the job description well at all. I don’t even know what I would be doing because it was incredibly unclear. Very unprofessional interview process.
