After I had submitted background check information before the interview and mentioned something about sponsorship at the beginning of the interview process, the interviewee hung up the call. They could have rejected me before the interview if they clearly didn't want any job applicant who required visa sponsorship. It was wasting both our time, and that was discouraging.

First the paralegal interviewed me then the counsel then the partner over 2 days. The process was tiring and I got tired. There was also a written test at the very beginning, before the paralegal interview. The tiredness may have affected my performance.
