Interview
I took a basic math test at an agency which led to an interview at the company. From there you take a series of tests that starts with cleaning the soldering off a pcb then adding a surface mount chip. After that you are taken to a room where more tests including number matching, dexterity, and basic problem solving. If you pass all that you have a sit down interview with the manager.

Hiring manager extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They are very strict on being ontime and being prepared. Staff was friendly and. Production supervisor is tough. She doesn’t seem friendly and is very strict.
