arrived with a fe other people all applying for the same roles, we were briefly told what we would be doing and then handed paper with examples of classes that are run through out the club, we had to choose one section of this class and role play to other members of staff how we would run it, all individually, they played up acting as akward children etc got see how we would cope

Interview
Overall process took around 2-3 weeks. I applied online and was then invited to a group session where I had to perform a role play using chosen activity and exercise programmes given on the day. You were put into teams and had to perform on others who had applied for the job and you were assessed by other DL Kids coaches. I had received a phone call in the next few days to confirm that I had gotten through to the 1-1 interview, standard interview questions.
