I was contacted through a local employee placement service in the Dallas area. I interviewed for the position of CNC Machinist in two days after initial contact. When I visited the company in Garland, Texas, I met the Business Manager who explained what the job was for and I met the Plant Manager. I was asked about my previous work history and was given a tour of the facility. The callback interview was scheduled about three days later and I was offered the job. I arranged to give a two weeks notification to my current employer and began working on Monday after the two week notice was given.
