Interview
This place is a joke. Do not waste your time. They had me do 3 phone interviews and they gave me two assignments in which I spent a lot of time. The CEO then proceeded to tell me he really liked what I wrote and that they wanted to hire me, he said one of his employees would contact me for an in-office visit and that was it, I never heard back. When I checked back in (like 4 times) they didn't have the decency to get back to me. I would have been fine if they had just emailed me back and said they were sorry but things had changed a bit and they were no longer looking for someone, but they didn't even do that. Complete waste of time, so unprofessional.
Was a really odd interview process to say the least. I had two intervews. I believe the company does not have a standing HR. First interview included history of the company and questions of your background. Second interview was a guage of if you were willing to accept the position in a sense. Had a third interview the following week but was ghosted which is truly unprofessional. Company seems very inconsistent and untimely in responses and answers. Seems like you take the position for entry experience but not long term since pay is extremely low.
