      Interview

      There are multiple stages to the interview process. A short phone screen, a written assessment, several interviews with managers, directors, and VPs, as well as a final customer role-play call. The goal is not just to get visibility into past performance and the ability to achieve and exceed goals, but also to determine if the person is a team player, is action oriented, customer focused, hard-working, and quick on their feet. I loved seeing how diligent the questions during the interviews were and how big of a focus it was on who I am as a person (and not just looking at plain raw numbers).

      How would you prioritize different cases where one customer reported an issue, another one asked a product-related question, and a third frustrated customer asking for a refund request? What's an example of where you had to share feedback to your manager or peer? Can you tell me about a time when you had to convince a customer that the solution you shared is the best next step for them?
