I applied through university. The process took 8 weeks. I interviewed at DataVisor (Mountain View, CA) in Oct 2017
Interview
I was scheduled for 5 rounds followed by a round with the recruiter. I was seated in a small conference room. The first 2 rounds went by fine. Then came lunch time, and I was excited to meet the rest of the team. Instead, shockingly I was given a lunch box and ended up eating all alone in the conference room. It seemed like detention. Anyway, the next interviewer comes in and without taking time to introduce himself, straight up asks a question on the whiteboard. I think by that time they had probably decided not to move forward with me and so I was told the next interviewer was busy and that was it for the day.

Online, tech interview
The interviewer asked about questions related to their tech stack, and a online coding question, during which you need to explain your thoughts while you write your code.
Extremely unprofessional overall.
Went through 7 rounds of interview.
- All include medium-hard leetcode.
- All the interviewees were all nice but they were from China so it was sometimes hard to understand. Sometimes they never turned there camera on. Sometimes they were working at home with loud conversation going around in the background.
- HR is very slow to respond sometime takes over a week. Does not provide any information on the Company besides booking interviews.
