Applied through referral. Took 1 month for overall process. HR was very informative throughout the process. Two telephonic interviews followed by two 1:1 interviews with the practice managers. Basic questions not very complex.

Wasting time by asking very basic questions. Some are based on scenarios. Seems no proper technical background from the pannel.
